Return and exchanges
All the returns/exchanges, customers are responsible for the express delivery fees.
1.The returned goods should be completely new.
If there is any evidence showing that the shoes are worn outdoor, Yzysnkrs.com will not accept the returns/exchanges. Please try the shoes in clean places. If you are not satisfied, we will be glad to offer the service of exchange/return.
2.The original box, package, and other enclosures should all be returns with the shoes.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
3.products with defects are only for exchanges
yzysnkrs only accept exchanges for the products with defect within 5 days after being delivered. If over 5 days, we regard it as normal damages.
After return the package, offer us a tracking number. We will inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return package, and let you know if the return package complete or not. If approved, we will refund you within 5-7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
